Calder's Jewelry: Upcycled Classics

Unfortunately I am going to miss the opening of Alexander Calder's traveling jewelry exhibit at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, but I have already spied the book, and it is totally fabulous. Leave it to artists to have forged new paths in upcycling, before this was even an eco-buzz term. Do not miss Calder's whimsical mobiles at The Whitney as well. My twins were completely mesmerized.
