Eco Felting Fever

I am currently wrapping up recycled fiber pieces for Textil 2009 in Fiskars, Finland this May as well as a fiber trail*enviro-book project for The Land/an art site in New Mexico. Upon my return to NYC in March, I will make a pilgrimage to the Cooper Hewitt for the opening of Fashioning Felt. A fabulous felt installation by Dutch designer, Claudy Jongstra, is scheduled at the Cooper Hewitt as well. I cannot wait for the eco felting fever that will follow.
